Scribed raises $9M and hires new President for online document publishing and sharing
By Azam on December 21, 2008Scribed raised $9M investment round for social publishing and hires George Consagra as president from bebo. The round of financing was led by Charles River Ventures with participation with previous investors Redpoint Ventures and Kinsey Hills Group.
Scribed enables people to share and publish original writings on its web site. It has more than 50 million readers each month, and more than 50,000 new writings and documents are uploaded.
