NBC makes strategic investment into NDTV in the media market of 1B + Population

NDTV filed with BSE related to subscription for shares amounting to 638 crores (150M USD) for an indirect stake of 26% in NDTV Networks. NBC also has an option for 2 years to increase stake at fair market value in the holding company up to 50%.
